A Journey of the Soul
Who am I? Why am I here? I let these questions live inside me without rushing to answer them. I breathe with them. I feel them moving through me. At first, no answers - only silence. Yet something within me longs for certainty. Is it the mind searching for meaning? The ego wanting identity? Or the deeper, authentic self trying to be heard? I begin to notice that the mind creates stories. It builds explanations, scenarios, and fears. But the stories are not always truth. The feeling beneath them is. So instead of chasing thoughts, I listen to the feeling itself. Who am I? How does it feel to simply be me? Sometimes the path feels heavy. Joy and ease seem far away.
